At Reachfast.ai(c/o Briahsoft Technologies LLC), we strive to provide the best service to our users. However, we do not offer refunds for any subscription charges once they are paid. We recommend that you carefully review the subscription details and utilize the free trial period to evaluate our services before making a purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to Reachfast.ai(c/o Briahsoft Technologies LLC) at any time. Upon cancellation, the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) or any subscription mandate will be cancelled immediately. Please note the following regarding the cancellation process:

Immediate Effect: Once you cancel your subscription, your access to the services will be terminated, and the subscription mandate will be cancelled immediately.

Prorated Charges: There will be no prorated refund or credit for partial subscription periods. You will have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

Mandate Charges Post-Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the mandate is charged even after subscription cancellation, the charged amount will be refunded to you promptly.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your reachfast billing portal here: https://reachfast.chargebeeportal.com

2. Select your active subscription

3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"

4. Click on "Confirm Cancellation

5. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. The UPI or subscription mandate will be cancelled immediately upon your confirmation.
